Once again, we run screaming away from explaining things in order to keep the plot moving. We have rational explanations, but no time for them.

Darn you! I was only going to check Evil Plan, but then, nooooo, I HAD to see what else you'd done. And then you HAD to reference Les Mis...(And now Little People is stuck in my head, gosh darn it! "Good evening, dear Inspector, lovely evening, my dear!") Anyway...Twisted, very, very twisted, but I like it, and I read everything n one swoop when I was supposed to be doing school. (I wish I could say I caught all your references, but while I enjoy Les Mis, it's taking me months to finish it. ForGET anything else!)

I hope you're reading the abridged version. Otherwise you're in for a very LONG description of the Paris sewer system. Like, 5 chapters, I think?

COME ON!
Seeing as evil plan has never had a steady update shedual, from what i've seen, i would love to see you devote more tie to this I follow both of your stories, but this one i only found recently, and it already seems like an incredible story. I've seen how you handle Evil Plan, and i feel that this story has incredible potential to become a truly amazing webcomic. If you decide not to continue it, then i will say thank you, for what you gave me, but tell you this, the wind HAS changed, and it may take you with it if you're not careful.

@requiemObserver: Evil Plan updates steadily once a week. I want to update Sire as well, but these comics are sadly not my day job, and I have a lot of other responsibilities. Thank you for your interest, and rest assured, if I could be spending all day drawing pages for both, I would be.

Update
So hey, I read through what was in this comic so far and threw the comic into my folder of webcomics I check whenever I get idle on the web. This will update again right? Eventually when you have time and all that. Just wondering if I should remove it from my folder, It's a decent enough story and you seem to be active enough in it still to respond to comments so I'm fairly hopeful.

@requiemObserver: No problem, we all have those days.
@ThatGuy: Sire's sadly not my main webcomic, so I have to focus on Evil Plan right now. It'll be a while before there will be more updates here, but I like this comic, so there will be more.

@ Katyra
No, it was the full length version, with chapter after chapter for Waterloo, the modern street urchin, the history of convents...Finally finished it, and saw the movie!

@AcolyteofDaniel: High five, right up here. Now you will never forget the importance of the gamin.
@Gesicht: I enjoyed it! I went in expecting Russell Crowe to sing terribly, but he did a fine job. He worked with the voice he had, and didn't try to overextend it, thus not falling into the trap of some other poor performers (coughGerardButlercough) in the past. The scenery was beautiful, and touches like Gavroche living in the pre-l'Arc de Triomphe elephant or us seeing Marius living next door to the Thenardiers, those were clearly done by someone with a ton of book love, and for that I was grateful.
On the negative side, "Suddenly" was such an oscar-baity little thing, dragging the pace of the film to a screeching halt. And poor Hugh Jackman shouldn't have been cast as Valjean. He doesn't quite have the bulk for the role, nor the control over the higher portions of his range. Essential vocal areas for playing Valjean, really. I didn't hold it against him too much, I just wanted to give him a cup of tea throughout the whole film. XD I know he can sing well, but he just has the wrong vocal type for a terribly demanding role.
On the amazing side: you could see Notre Dame during Stars. It's just looming there, reminding you the whole time that JAVERT IS GOING TO DIE THERE, DON'T GET COMFORTABLE, PEOPLE. Magnificent.

@AcolyteofDaniel: Wow. That's truly impressive. I barely managed the abridged version.
@Alexis_Royce: Did they do all the songs from the play, do you know? My hubby got me the soundtrack for Christmas, and sadly it doesn't have A Little Fall of Rain on it, which is one of my favorite songs.

@Katyra: They did more or less all of them; some interludes were slightly abridged or reworked, but I didn't think they cut anything vital. Little Fall of Rain was still there; your husband may have bought you a "highlights" CD rather than a full soundtrack. It's a common mistake among people giving soundtracks as gifts. XD

Ohhh! Please continue this comic! I was dying on a story arc on Leif! :)
I must say that glasses suit him pretty well! It makes him look so educated, and combined with the mask and Erik's eyes, so badass as well! (badass genius... yeah, that pretty much covers it, hehe)
Your Obedient Servant,
G.W.
